Michael V. Margarella, Esq.

Michael is a seasoned real estate syndicator and investor, real estate broker, and real estate attorney.

Michael owns and operates self-storage facilities and other commercial properties. Michael and his team have ~$15M of property under management.

Michael is the founder of Next Play Investments LLC, a company that acquires undervalued properties and transforms them into cash-flowing assets. He is also the co-founder of AMP Self-Storage LLC, a company that sources off-market self-storage facilities to purchase or wholesale.

For the past eight years, Michael has worked at Manhattan law firms where he focuses on real estate litigation.

Paul is a real estate investor that owns and operates a large real estate portfolio in the Indianapolis area, including multiple self-storage facilities in the Midwest.

Paul is a co-founder of AMP Self-Storage LLC, a company that sources off-market self-storage facilities to purchase or wholesale.

He has also been a financial consultant for the past four years helping clients build generational wealth.

Paul is an engineering executive with more than twenty years of international leadership experience.
